I think the best items to buy in the shop are the card pack, 5k gems for 500 bytes.
There is also the entrance portal mover but i think the card pack can make you profit more.

You can also buy Recall Magnets for 1,000 and sell for 100bc.
you should buy cementry orbs and sell them after the halloween ended

Winter event is coming up, so should I stack up my gems and do the same thing in winter event or just this one?
Do the same for winter when the northern lighrs orb will come back
Should I invest and buy cementry orbs for the current price and then resell them later?

I recomment you to buy Card Packs, you might not be abled to sell them for 500 Each since PWE takes taxes, but you can at least get 450 from each one, or you can try your chance in blacktower before its over 
Yea, right now I’m doing that. I get like 4 packs and sell them all at once (470 each), that’s a pretty easy 1k+ bcs

it does work with most of the events and you should wait like 1-2month
