Hello. Our clan owner was banned for 10 years and we’d like to rebuild clan world. But there is a problem. We can’t becaus he has placed some small locks. Could admins remove those locks or somehow help us?

As far as I know you can message support and request clan ownership if the owner has been banned for such a long time. At least that was the case a long time ago with one of the clans.
I might be wrong but it’s always good to try.
