My in-game name is SWOPI, I got banned for 10 years please explain.

Greetings,

I’ve sent an email almost 5 months ago, got banned for hacking. I don’t understand why I don’t get any replies from the staff neither do I know why I got banned, I’m not involved with any hacking in the game.

How ironic that the first day I played the game in months is the same day I got banned in. Imn’t alone out there, there are hundreds of players who got banned for the same reason hacking all at once.

Why I get no reply neither from support nor admins? Shame to get punished for something you’ve not committed, atleast let me know why?

I had a guest book signed by a duped account, Then mod came to my world and banned me.

If you got banned for hacking i’m sure you did hack why else would you get ban?
