None of the buttons can be pressed but interestingly enough these work
This bug existed since the beginning of fishing, caused by fishing and (probably chatting)
Cannot equip items, cannot pause, cannot punch

Very often, but the UI part can be ignored - The main point is just the entire UI dying in general, and pressing the name is just a bonus that occurs if I happen to long press a name
