A long shot question but one that we are struggling with had anyone has similar ?
My bro has tried to buy something in the game but he can’t get it to work
Two different bank cards seemingly failed so we then successfully loaded 30€ via two play store cards, that isn’t being accepted either!
Google suggest we approach the app provider but I am doubtful anyone reads anything there!

Has your brother gotten pw from the google play store? Then many people are experiencing the same thing, I think it has something to do with the current issues pw is having with unity and the google play store.
why would you even buy anything in pw considering its current state?
all you can do right now is send an email to support or request a refund
On this it is quite clear a PW transaction will not work since test trying a purchase on another game it is fine …
How on earth is Koukuri running that business when payments can’t be made ??

I’m still not convinced they even look at incoming emails … Probably because they are inundated with them…
