i just get into a giveaway and when i fight the player.a question mark (?) spawns in my head and when i go left it goes right and when i goes right it goes left.can you tell me what is this?

There’s a perk that gives players inverted controls during pvp. So moving left makes you go right and right makes you go left. Level 140 perk; Confusing Blow.

It’s because the guy you fought against had the Confusing Bow perk active.
