Can't hear anything

Just got back to this and I cant hear anything, the sounds are turned on but why can’t i hear anything
My device: samsung A03s

Have you may accidentally turned of your sounds of in the settings?

No, i just got back playing and the first thing i noticed is: no sounds

Oh, i just have to stay in the game, when i tab out the sound’s gone… pls fix anyway
