How much does that perk increase the critical chance? It doubles the critical chance of the weapon you are using? or by a %?Or a flat number? It doesn’t say anything about it on wikia.
Basically adds the critical strike chance to your weapons critical chance.
Suppose your green glowstick had a crit chance of 12%. With the crit chance perk, suppose it adds 10% crit chance. So 10 + 12 = 22% crit chance for you.

It adds somewhere around flat 1-5% chance on top of weapons that already have crit chance
