Do you use Pixel Worlds Sound?

I’m actually really curious how many uses the in-game sound in Pixel Worlds.

My friend PokeThies, told me he didn’t use any SFX & Music.
I personally use Both, on low.

  • Do you use SFX ?
  • Or just Music ?
  • Maybe even Both ?
  • Or maybe you don’t use any SFX & Music at all ?

I play without game sound, but usually my own music is playing in the app background. Only problem is I constantly miss friend messages and I don’t know when people have entered my world.

Depends on what i am doing.
When i fish i only use SFX, when i play normal like building or whatever i use both. When i mine i didnt use any of these cause i hear music or watch your streams :wink:

I always mute my phone when i play, and just replace the music with spotify musics, very chill!
altough i sometimes like the music ‘’ commander ken ‘’ ingame, very relaxing.

When I mine it’s on as I would be able to hear the monsters
Most of the time it’s off and either im listening to music in the background or listening to the void of silence (because i forget to turn on…)

I can’t play without sounds
The main reason I love farming blocks still is for those satisfying block breaking noises.
I do usually keep music muted however to listen to my own.

somtimes i will mute the game music when i listen to my own, if I do that i keep sfx on so i can hear stuff like strikes, monsters, or messages or player entering or leaving a world.

The music I keep off almost always since I just listen to my own music. Sound effects I like to keep tho. When fishing SFX is AWESOME since you can just Alt+tab and wait for the bait sound.

i only have sfx turned on, because like Bryne, I like to listen to music when I am playing.

I use the SFX at 60% volume and music at 5% because it gets irritating after a while lol!

I was interested in this thread and wanted to share my own values and their reasoning:

I keep SFX higher because it’s generally more useful, and even though it’s only 4%, it’s still pretty loud. The music is mostly there for background noise, it’s just the right volume that if I have Spotify open it’ll be barely noticeable.
For some reason if it’s any higher than 10% it’s just super loud. No clue why, maybe sound mixer has PW really high for no reason, haven’t checked.

i have sfx 1% and music 0% cuz music gets really annoying for me and i keep the sfx 1% so i can hear friend messages or when im fishing i can hear the strike and etc
