Is it possible to request a moderator or a developer (any one with the Leader badge), to rename your forum account?
Nothing was said on the forum rule and before making an account that is it not possible, so yes. Just asking…

In the old forums, it was only possible to get your name changed if it was inappropriate. Not sure here though
Support said that editing of personal data in the forum profile at the beginning of 2020 was not supported once intially entered. I am guessing that those were just rumours or those changes somehow were supported back then.
I was able to change my name when the forums (new) opened. maybe they removed the ability to do that.
I should contact a developer for this case, thanks for the shared experiences everyone!
