They should let us know percentages for everything in game so we know what we are getting into like opening booster packs
No, that would cause problems, it would probably make legendaries drop since people would be more assured that they will get the legends when calculating their chances. My explanation is kind of bad, yes, but you’ll understand in some way, afterall boosters are more fun when you don’t expect it to give you legends, the element of surprise is what makes it fun
