You need a higher trust level (Member) for that feature.

Do you mean in-game friend invite button? You can find it in the world player list when clicking on a player there. Or you can find it in a world when right clicking on a player.
If you mean’t to invite on forum, you must recaive Trust level 2.

I’ve got trust lvl 2 and I didn’t understand how the invite works, it want me to put an email there prob some kind of verify
