It’s been a few months and still nothing for me.
I guess you talk about a recipient, like you bought a gem pack or something in the store with money and didn’t got the gems / items.
If this is about a item or gems that you bought and didn’t got but payed for it, send a email to support with the recipient every 48hrs.
If this is not about that, then wait.
It’s useless to spam when there is no urgency.
