Anyway, that is all. End of story. I’ll let him keep the software proprietary and let him enjoy the sweet sweet revenue. But I’m not willing to get into another drama and get my forum account banned.

I’d release it as open-source and without any sort of advertising and/or MTX because then it’d probably be fair use. Or I’d just somehow avoid using the trademark and copyrighted art.
