Issue: Disconnection every 10 seconds

I have a disconnection issue with my account, PunnyPW.

This issue started around June 2020. I have reached out to support already, but no luck. I just would like attention regarding this and would love some assistance with this problem already.

No, it’s not my internet connection. I made other accounts, I’m not having this problem. My internet connection is good. Otherwise, I wouldn’t be here, watching on Youtube and using more data-intensive applications. I feel like I’m not the only one, but it’s hard finding similar cases.

Details about the bug:
In approximately 10 seconds after entering a world, the red wifi warning pops up on my screen. After a few more seconds, the game freezes and attempts to “reconnect”. Then it brings me back to the main menu.

It keeps happening every single time. From June 2020 to October 2021.

I’ve had this issue since June 2020. So, of course I have. Uninstalling, clearing cache, using another device, logging off/on, turning settings off/on, etc.

Heck, maybe I did something wrong and that’s why it’s like this. From what I can remember, the bug just happened at random. I have no clue as to why it is happening to just my PunnyPW account. My other accounts are not having this problem.

If I could receive some technical help from devs or troubleshooters. Or people who have also encountered this issue, then by all means. Please. Thanks!
