basically you get points when someone you reported gets banned, also you get feedback in chat for example:
[Player] got banned [+1 points, now you have ? points]
these points are visible in your profile, at 100? points you get a badge next to your name in game etc.

You shouldn’t have to reward people for doing the right thing. This just encourages players to spam reports.

I don’t think this would be a good idea…
As Byrne said before, the reports amount will increase due to many players trying to get this badge.
I do get the point of this idea, but reporting someone should be voluntary and shouldn’t be forced just to gain something in return.
That might become into a fraud one day if existed, players should report the criminals with no exchange.
