My response to those who're worried about the PW economy

If that’s the case, then that’s got to be the worst decision jake has made. Not only EkipAli is hogging most of the bytes, but Jake is also making it worse by challenging him by giving him his own exclusive item by reaching 100m. If I were to choose whose fault it is, I’d most likely choosing Jake because he is making a player base-driven economy to a one player driven economy by giving one person hope of getting their own exclusive item. But this is if what Green is saying is true.

Well, from a former GT player’s perspective, I love what he’s doing. We are fortunate enough to have a community manager who shows appreciation by giving content creators some in-game items- or bytes. I like the effort from him and the whole staff team. We did not have a dedicated community manager in GT, which is one of the many reasons for them reaching a dead-end.

Look at it this way. If that player can get his exclusive item, you can too. It’s all about the grind and effort. I may be misunderstanding, but that’s my opinion.

Yeah, I see what you’re saying because I was also a GT player. But another thing you should take in consideration, GT’s economy never stops growing. There’s never been a deflation from when I played. So, in GT, you could work all day, and not have to worry that your net worth is going down. But right now, Pixel Worlds is experiencing a deflation therefore harder to make profit. Many stuff that I have right now, have dropped. Like pickaxes, pocket watches, and more have dropped. I used to have a net worth of at least 25k, but now it’s less then 15k because of deflation. There are no upsides. And this is all because someone was challenged.

I can’t entirely agree with that. Growtopia is the most ruined game when it comes down to the economy. Yes, you can earn a lot, but that one world lock you make is becoming less valuable each day.

DIAMOND locks are pennies in GT

Yeah, BGLs are where it’s at in GT. However they’re somewhat hard to obtain.

Actually, it’s not. The prices of more expensive items tend to rise more and more, making the world lock more valuable. Or it can be a case of the rarer items becoming a higher demand, so it rises.

Do you think the system GT has is good? There is always inflation in Growtopia which sucks for new players, it is literally impossible for people to grind for cool items…

Both games messed up atm. GT is increasing the gem store bundle prices and making it harder to get World Locks for new players when old players makes billions, and PW is decreasing the Bytecoins from the game which makes new players happy and old ones mad.

Literarily the only way to actually get wls in the game is just by getting lucky, owning a good buy/sell world or casino, any other ways are not worth it anymore. Sure you can get wls by farming or massproducing but not enough that it actually matters

I mean, realistically, we never know the actual reason for inflations. I am just giving you the experiences and knowledge that I’ve gotten over the past eight years working with games like PW.

I would like to disagree with that. You are contradicting yourself right now. By owning a BUY/SELL world, you’d have to have a previous income. There will always be an opportunity for grind in this game. The real question is, are people too lazy to reach a certain point? This is my view on it, it doesn’t necessarily have to be true : )

Hello Ali. I don’t remember myself mentioning GT having a good economy. As a matter of fact, I’ve never supported the direction it is taking at the moment. All I am saying is that to stay safe; you would have to read the ongoing manipulation in which I believe will help the economy become better.

Yes that’s what I’m saying in that point, you have to already have a desent amount of wls to get more, it’s not worth it to grind any more since all of the expensive items keep going up in price constanlty

I am glad we agree, but this does not mean it is impossible to grind without “expensive items.”

I’ve actually started on a fresh account about 1-2 years ago. Took me 2 days just to get a diamond lock. It wasn’t that hard. Also, if you look on the GT YouTube community, there’s people that get diamond locks in under a day. It isn’t that hard, and some of the really cool things like the Go-Go-Growformer is like 70 wls.

It actually does matter to farm. Most of people’s profit that allow them to make a buy/sell world comes from farming. Yes, there are some casino players out there, but I highly doubt most people got their money from betting. If you look at the MagPlant 3000, that makes mass production a lot easier + if you’re just farming a lot easier. Oh, and that diamond lock I earned in 2 days, was by farming.

I’ve only been with growtopia for 4-5 years, I’ve only experienced glitches like the glitch where your alt accounts would get over 5 billion winterfest tokens. Anyways, I guess I’ll agree because I have nothing else to say.

Well having diamond lock wouldn’t make you rich  what I meant by that is, you can never own items like Phoenix Wings if you are a legal new player in Growtopia, because untill you reach 23 Blue Gem Locks, the price will most likely be 200bgl and I’m not even joking, the world lock amount never decreases there…

I wish I had a chance to add stuff to Pixel Worlds, I’d make this game more enjoyable for sure, don’t get me wrong but as richest player ever in Pixel Worlds I know how everything in economy works, I know the ways to fix it as well

I’ve actually had and still have an account that I’ve made 5-6 years ago. Yeah, you’re correct, prices keep rising and world locks never decrease. I was making that comparison to show how hard it is to get worlds locks. which it isn’t but for 100 dls or 1 bgl that’s 200 days. for 100 bgl or 10000 dls, 20000 days… IF you used the method I used, it would take 54 years just for 100 bgl locks. Crazy, right?

thats what I’m saying
