Do you have an recovery email on your account? Because thats the only way you can get back your account.

Hello, first of all welcome to the forums.

If you think that you are typing your account name and password correctly, and this issue keeps going, I would suggest you the following:

  • If you have set a recovery email, then send an email to support@kukouri.com, and since your account is linked to that email, you won’t have much trouble to get your account back, if possible.

There isn’t a “forgot password” option? What is the recovery email for then?

There is a forgot password option, you can just go the login page of PW and click that, then you need your recov email
