My theory is that they were given away to people who helped out with the new trailer back in 2017.

I believe they are similar to the red glasses, as they were given by a developer but never released in a booster.
There are probably only one or two left in the game, if any are left at all. Some of them have been lost forever due to perma-banned accounts

I think a beta player got it from a developer but quitted later on.

Can’t get them anymore since they are an item similar to Red Glasses. The player who bought or owned this item quit back in mid-2019 so I doubt we will get to see them again.
