Yesterday on November 13 2022 i buy 2 Anubis mask which i add to my collection, On November 14 2022, for some reason can’t log in to my account, and my friends try to join that world but says “Connection Error, Try again Later” so i thought it was fine, i waited for 12 hours cause i was at school and I saw that my “2 Anubis Mask was gone” Go World Samx5 i got a collection of items that i got and you can see **2 Spots was Empty, those two spots was suppose to be 2 Anubis Mask but it was Gone.

Note: Those seem like they may have been duplicated. Certainly the connection errors were not part of the story. Developers can remove the items without any notice. Support will help you and will identify what truly happened.

I Buy 2 Anubis mask from the Candy Demon my total Candy was 659 and used them to buy 2 Anubis mask which came to a total of 600 Candies spent ( proof i was really grinding go World Samx5 )
Either way. You may not get your anubis masks. Sorry.
