Q: The support isn't replying, help!
A: Wait for a while. If you didn’t receive a response after 14 days, you can safely assume that your appeal was denied. No, they don’t reply when it’s denied.
Q: My ban was for reason XYZ. Can that be appealed?
A: You’re most likely going to stand a chance of the ban being removed only if the ban reason states “Hacking”, as these are handled by PWAC (Pixel Worlds AntiCheat) instead of a Moderator. If it’s for any other reason, good luck…
Q: My ban reason is too vague! Can I get more details?
A: No. The only reason you’re getting is what’s written on your screen.
Q: The reason only states "Breaking the Game Rules", what does that mean?
A: It’s a wildcard ban reason. And quoting Jake, “if your ban reason is Breaking the Game Rules you 100% know what you did”. So no, you’re not gonna get an explanation.
Q: Can I share my ban on the forums?
A: Well, it will most likely get locked, being redirected to that email.
Q: I'm on Jake's stream, but he isn't responding to my ban questions...
A: Jake has a few unwritten rules for questions on the stream. One of which is, “no ban talk on streams”. If an unwritten rule is violated, you’re not gonna get him to respond, no matter how hard you try.
Q: How do I get rid of a poison ban?
A: You, sadly, don’t. Poison bans cannot be appealed…
Q: I got banned because someone got into my account!
A: PW’s policy is: “Your account, your responsibility”. No ban reversals there.
Q: The game needs more competent moderators!
A: While not exactly a question, yes, the game desperately needs a refresh of the moderation system. I agree, and a lot of people on these forums, the Discord and the streams agree too. All we can do is hope that there will be new Moderators (that won’t abuse their powers).
