Whats inside the achievement and how to complete it?

Secret Achievement 1 is to wear every single clothes for every single part of your body, that includes tails the rest, ears, eyes, clothes, hair, etc. I don’t recall what’s the prize for this one.
Secret Achievement 2 is to kill 20 different players. The prize for this one is a Hammer with spikes.
