From what I remember, it was something like 20 unique player kills? Meaning, you’d need to kill 20 different people in the same world.

Yes you’re right
unique players only. just go to the world PVP (or some other pvp worlds) and kill the players there. you will complete the achievement in no time.

Well they are kinda dead…so its kinda hard

If you have 2 devices, i think you can just use alts that you will kill 1 time and then, join with an other alt and / or create new accounts and join the world where you are… not sure if this would works…

it does, but takes 2 hours to create 20 accounts, and you get automatically disconnected.
Then, mass create accounts and log in an other account in an other device
Still too much effort 
Shouldn’t be nothing much if you are determined and used to grind… isn’t it.?

Luckily i have pw on my laptop and phone
