Why is PW outdated everytime there's an update for me

Every Update there is, my steam seems to not have the update, this time I have to redownload the game, which I can’t for some reason, I’ve tried

So I’m wondering why this happens all the time, every update, and can anyone tell me how to fix it?

Update : It has been 2 days, which is kind of weird to me since every update on me usually just takes one day
