I’m not sure if I’ve ever heard of someone specifically receiving lost items back from a rollback, however emailing support is the only (and moderator-recommended) option for this. Sorry about the items; I’ve been fortunate not to lose any sets up to this point, just a few million bytes in world progress here and there.
There may have been some moderator-administrator disconnect there for a bit, so it’s not truly telling when a moderator recommends emailing support since we are not privy to the details of their conversations.
Nope, In the one reply I got it was a standard set of questions pre written.
I have read of one other player getting this .
It’s dumb though because in my case I had already sent that same info in original email.
Anyway I did it again cut/paste answers into the pre set questions… I never got another reply nor the items concerned.
It’s really bad management on their part. It’s like teasing ffs.
I live in Finland too. Quite frankly as Finns they should know better!
