If you have an email linked to this account, you can try to reset the password, if not, there is still a chance for you to recover your account if you made an IAP (In-App Purchase). In this case then you’ll have to email support (support@kukouri.com) with the reciept of that purchase and explain you lost your password and want it to be reset.

Won’t really help if you don’t include the ingame name on your email as well as which password you last remember it was… Do you have a reciept of a purchase you maybe perhaps?
Oh and also, video proofs aren’t solid proof. Everyone can take a clip of a player and maybe with some editing fake that proof, one of the only solid proofs to confirm to support it’s really you whos trying to recover your account is via a reciept.

Best way is to upload the video as unlisted to YouTube and add the link of the video into your email so they can take a look.
But like ive said, video clips isn’t a solid proof of you owning the account. The most solid proof is a reciept from an IAP (In-App Purchase).
