Funny support email

So… I lost my stuff on a mannequin during a rollback. I alr sent a support mail to the mythical support@kukouri.com email. Say, is there a chance of my items being returned or this whole support thing is merely false hope and a way of telling me to f*ck off and just quit?

And does anyone here actually got their stuff back after sending a support mail? If so, how long did it take?

Contacting support is a last resort type thing.
