sometimes i see tentacle shooter shoots but never disappear

SEE actually this is like a bug but when i touch it deal 0 dmg

That happends to me like almost with Every shooter i kill.

All this time i thought that was just a sign saying there are tentacle shooters
i literally thought i can pick it up when i just started 
that glitch isnt that harmful so theres nothing to worry about.
I don’t think this can be fixed because i made my own game a few months ago and the same glitch was happening there… The ball doesn’t do any damage but the model can be seen in the world terrain…
