Don’t try to farm them lmao, you can easily lose all of them.
I think they are farmable. But don’t forget to use the Careful Wreck Perk if you are going to farm them.

Well, I didn’t meant it to be sideways, i just wanted to wrench it So it have bottom part, middle part, and top part you know. bottom part with a plinth on bottom, middle part with nothing on it, And upper part with a plinth on top
