If you have ever BUY something from the game. You should try emailing support@kukouri.com and show proof that you have ever bought something from the game with the account (Receipt)

thanks but i mistake in /forgot password/ an email tysm for help and i acsuly addet an email in my acc i forgot it sry for waisting your time sry and thanks
