Since yesterday it’s been 2 days I can’t enter my world and not only am I not able to enter, all my clan members are also unable to enter
Does everyone have tips to fix Failed to load world ??

I really do expect a reply.
The game cannot ignore every player on this.
I have a lot.of world’s and I’ve never seen this problem before.
An educated guess is someone is trying a new hack.
I want to send an email to support@kukouri.com but I don’t know to provide a reason about this problem

Perhaps “world failing to load after X number of days trying??”
Then explain the problem, world etc…

It’s been 6 days since my mail hasn’t been answered by support@kukouri.com I’ve sent email 3 times, sometimes a bot answers
It’s typical to receive an automated response within a minute or so after your initial email. Support isn’t automatic either, so just wait a couple weeks. If it still isn’t fixed after two weeks and you never received a manual response, email again

It’s totally unacceptable for the game to go silent on this. I am told the Dev knows ? Where is he, on holiday?
Even the games general manager has just gone silent on the problem.
Another user in discord and myself at last count it was 17 world’s. It’s almost certainly a lot more

Yeah I sent a new mail this morning and a post on discord - not sure that’s appreciated but neither is having no world access!
I didn’t email last week so seems reasonable to do so
