Only way for you to recover your account is if you ever made a iap (In-App Purchase), if you did so, you can email support and they’ll help you i’m sure
i’m do iap and don’t have email linked in game
Then, send over your reciept to the support email explaining your situation.
Support email is : support@kukouri.com and don’t forget your ingame name 
i’m buying iap but on phone and i’m find it on google play and i;m can’t click it for more informations
Go to https://payments.google.com/ with the google account you used to make the IAP and you should be able to download the reciept from there
how long i’m need to wait for email from they ?(ik they have 1000 people who needs help )
