Apparently there is a person with six different accounts that have bone wings. I dont remember his name.
I am a bit sceptical of that, if that was true then the person had to do complete 222 black towers a day for 27 days straight.

You shouldn’t reply to old posts, because for example if there is a post that the last reply was from 2 years ago. Lets say its a post about a bug, would it be important to bump that topic again? No because that topic is probably no longer needed, out dated, or the original poster is no longer on the forums, or some other reasons. A lot of the time on the old forums bumping old threads would cause them to become locked.
