i bought 20 days vip and 75000 gems i paid but it didint come.

You can send an email with the receipt of the purchase to support@kukouri.com , and then wait for a response.

ı sent e mail and ım waiting but black friday offer expires.

Wait 1 day or two , if you dont get an answer back, send the same email again. Im sure you’ll get an answer tho

For inquires like this, please contact Support@kukouri.com like Bernard said, provide a proof of purchase with the email and I am sure they will give you what you paid for.
