Why does everyone think this is the best place to report scams, email Support@kukouri.com with evidence and they will gladly not give back your items but ban the scammer

Because for some reason if you go to in game settings > about > help and support it’s a link to forums.

How can person be so pro and veteran while being stupid enough to get scammed by so well known and easy scam?
There is a button that confirms the swap tho
