when i try to buy gems/vip it just stays on the making purchase screen can someone help?

I highly don’t recommend buying VIP from game shop because you can get it from achievement plus you can get it for completely free from streams every thursday.

im playing on steam but on microsoft store gems/vip is alot cheap then steam
are you sure about buying VIP for real money?
You can get it for free on streams.
plus it’s a waste of money
