theres no way to fix it sadly, i would recommend to get the steam version
i have the steam version
but its alot expensive on steam
theres no other way i guess

There has been an issue in the connections between game servers and Microsoft Store. The purchases should work properly now, we’ll keep an eye on the situation. If you have a hanging purchase, please try to start the game and see if you get the purchase automatically. You can also try to select the purchase from the game shop: The store should recognize you haven’t completed the purchase and hopefully try again. If you have uninstalled the game after having the issue, it might be a bit trickier.
