It does have an anticheat. Keep in mind the current dev team is small, if they put all their efforts into anticheat then they wont be able to add new items in the game. Also where did you get this percentage of players leaving from, is there any source to back this up?

Then you completely ignored what I said. Hacks in game is what is called a treadmill problem, its a endless problem that they cannot spend endless time solving. Especially with one programmer. If he focuses on the anti cheat and hack prevention, it wont be long before new hacks come about. Who knows the new ones can be worse.
admin must more invite for mod for players Cheat ( Hack or Drop Game Or Trade scammer )
And Fix Time online mod sarver
More mods = more time of admins makign sure mods are not breaking the rules.
Aswell as what issues with the server being down? Its rarely down.
