Does anyone know loot from nether boss?
During this event a giant Wraith Miniboss can sometimes be found in the depths of the Netherworld. Team up with friends to vanquish it to get an achievement and loot including a weapon not obtainable in any other way.

You can also get nether crystals, keys I think, scrolls, and other stuff that I am unsure of
