I saw a place like this around a solid year ago it is not new because I clearly remember an elven world with pedestals and display cases whwre if you wanted to bid, you has to ask the owner or an admin and he would place your bid on a sign and if you were the highest bidder, he would mesaage you on discord and you could come at a common time then you could do that trade.
