Is it possible for people just write email to pw support pretending they lost their account password and says that accounts previous pass and accounts name and support just gives the new password to them?
You need proof you owned the account to reclaim it. They don’t know your password(s) anyways since they are hashed. If you gave someone a receipt from an in-game purchase you made it is possible they could claim it’s their account in that way instead, though. You should never share those kinds of things with others especially if they are asking for it.

They can’t tell you your password since they don’t know what it is, so they can only reset it for you
