This game taught me a lot. I started out as a pretty toxic person years ago who trusted no one, and wanted all the attention, but I eventually started to learn that maybe that’s not how things should be. I guess I’m still kind of toxic LMAO but I could care less for attention.
This game, community, and devs inspired be to pursue my passions of pixel art and indie games, which later evolved into me getting into digital art and developing games of my own.
This is also the community that brought me out of my toxic mindset of “all friends are temporary, it’s best not to even try” when I met one particular person from here who I was great friends with for a few years. Unfortunately, things didn’t go so well in the end (friendship related problems, nothing to do with the game).
Currently my best friends are people I know through this game, who I’ll keep anonymous but they’re great people nonetheless.
