I lost my account and barely remember my account username which means I can’t use any of my passwords. I don’t even know if I remember some details correctly since it’s an old account. I didn’t put a recovery email but I did purchase in-game items and have the receipts. I contacted support@kukouri.com and it’s been a long time, how long does it usually take to get back a response? The only response I got was the automated message. Is there any other way of contacting support or is my account not retrievable? Do I have enough proof to get back my account?
I’ve seen some topics about this same problem and for others it’s been months or years, I’m afraid I’m gonna end up like them. Is there anything I’m doing wrong? I’ve resent my email already and they still haven’t responded.
