You have to stay patient instead of creating multiple tickets. There is no guarantee that they will respond unless additional information is required from you.
nah i opened tickets like 47 days ago and i opened like 3-4 more now because no one reply me after like 47 days
as I said before, it’s not guaranteed that you will get a reply. There are very few people in support (as far as I know) so the waiting time for a response can be really long as well.

Nothing we can do about it. Just keep waiting
There may be over 200 people monthly with these kind of issues. Don’t feel special or that you’re more important than others.
