I will try to make this short. Logged out of my account, and when logging back in - password incorrect. Had an email bound to it, so I went in with a password reset - still does not let me log in after I reset it. Tried multiple times, different passwords, still no. I even emailed support@kukouri and I got no response after several days. My account name is catlover53. This alone kills my progress and motivation to start over. Any help?
Both, the answer is both. They dont even have 2fa despite it being an economy MMO. I got hacked due to this

I had the same problem earlier and then i realized there was an update pending on the play store. You should check if there is one and update the game.
