Good video but aww Big Billy can only eat a limited amount of ice cream because his therapist or some guy has told him to eat less and that probably means atleast some diseases exist in pixel worlds.
I haven’t watched the video but my headcanon is he just ate alot of ice creams and then turned into an NPC (Funniest shlt I’ve ever seen)
