Most of us don’t, I’ve been waiting for months
If it was a ban appeal, they won’t reply if it is denied.

Well… if it’s urgent like you bought an item for real money aka made a IAP (In App Purchase) try resend the email every 48hrs with the recipient to prove that you bought the item.
If it’s not about this, i think this can wait considering that the dev team is on Christmas holidays for around 2/3 weeks.
