Think of this this way, what if you got banned from both Buy and Trade permanently for no reason. Can you see why this is exploitable you can pretty much ban people you don’t want in your world without reason.
Yeah that sucks, I really wanted to host a dropgame but keep mods out so I won’t get banned. Too bad I now can’t do illegal actions without getting caught D:

Sometimes even mods can be annoying.
And it’s not like you cannot ban people outside of the target world.
