Usually there are issues with the microsoft version as far as i know, but in his case it happens on all devices, and he mentioned an iphone

I’m fine. I play on a pc laptop restored masterpiece so maybe thats why. My brother plays it on a crappy laptop from 2017 and it’s fine too so idk
